Cosmopolitan Club Unit Skylights Over the Swimming Pool Provide Daylighting

Situated in downtown Denver’s Riverfront Park area, the Cosmopolitan Club will be one of the first high end senior housing projects to be located in an urban setting.

The Riverfront is located on the eastern bank of the South Platte River. Literally across the tracks from Union Station and LoDo (lower downtown). The area is booming with new housing and offers instant access to the 40-mile bike path that follows the river.

What We Did:

• Installed two over-sized (7 x 8) American Skylites unit skylights over the pool.
• Job was completed on time per the contractor’s schedule.

Product Used:

• Two American Skylites unit skylights. 79″ x 91″  rough opening. 12″ thermally broken and insulated. Clear/clear polycarbonate dome. Clear anodized frame.
• LOCTITE® PL 400® construction adhesive was chosen for its cold/wet application effectiveness.
