The United States Army was looking to add and improve the outdated training center high in the mountains of Colorado. The High Altitude Army Aviation Training site or HAATS, for short, located in Gypsum, Colorado has long awaited a new facility with 101,600 square feet. Gone are the days of repairing helicopters in the rain or snow.
